The renovation of this 1990s apartment turns toward light, materiality, and greenery. The intervention focuses on the bedroom, kitchen, living room, and the transition to the exterior—a fifth-floor balcony. Interior layouts were reconfigured, and materials were chosen for their ability to recede, allowing the space to breathe.
The balcony is transformed into an urban garden—Athenian and atmospheric. A lemon tree stretches along its edge, while jasmine climbs discreetly. Scent, shadow, and diffused light set the rhythm of inhabitation.
The material language of the interior is restrained and immersive. Openings guide both light and the gaze toward the planted threshold. Each element seeks balance through calm.
The Lemon Tree Apartment is designed to soothe—a space of gentle gestures and attuned atmospheres, where architecture becomes a frame for living among trees, light, and quiet breaths.
